BSNL has launched new scheme today. BSNL is offering free ordinary sim to its new customer . In addition , they are providing 10% extra pack in each recharge for the next 90 days. For example , if you recharge with Rs.10 top-up , you will get Rs.11 talktime. (originally Rs.7.90+.70paise).
